How the work is done
You get a written quote before any work starts, with the price broken down, so you can see what each part of the job costs. Materials are specified by name rather than left vague, so you know what is going on your roof.
Photographs are taken before, during and after the work, including the parts you cannot see from the ground. When the job is finished the site is left clean, and waste is taken away and disposed of properly.
